What is your return policy?

I stand proudly behind the quality of my work. So, if you are not satisfied with an art piece upon receiving it, I will be more than happy to refund your money. Ensure that the painting is returned to me in the condition it was received and email me to initiate a full refund. Shipping costs may not be refunded.

If an item was damaged in transit, I am so sorry this happened! Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item. Depending on the degree of damage, the following may be possible:

  1. ​A store credit
  2. Partial refund
  3. Full refund 

​This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Photographs of the damage will be required to start this evaluation process. In any case, shipping costs cannot be refunded. In situations where its determined that an item must be shipped back to me to process a refund or a store credit, it will be the buyer's responsibility and expense to ship the damaged or returned item back to me. What is your shipping policy?

Each painting will ship within 2-3 days of placing an order unless specified explicitly otherwise. Delivery times will vary based on the destination of delivery, contact me for more information if you'd like a better estimate of the delivery time.

Do you ship outside of United States?
